Changing PayPal Account

Using EE3 with all the latest updates. I need to delete the existing PayPal account and install a new PayPal account. Is there any special procedure that I must follow?

Not really. You change the PayPal address in the EE Payment settings. Then you’ll also need to make sure that the IPN feature is activated within your new PayPal account.
