We are running WP 4.2 and EE 4.6.29 and have set up a payment type of Admin-Comp. We have a group of 5 people that registered and one of our Admins accidentally comped them when they have not yet paid and will be paying by check. I looked and for some reason as with a normal payment, I cannot delete the payment. Help!
Hi Sue, you are using an old version of Event Espresso 4. Have any customizations been made to the core plugin that is preventing you from staying up to date?
No, but conference is in 2 weeks and we’re almost at the tail end of registrations for up to 500 people for it and prefer not to make any updates at this late stage in case there are problems. It just gets too hectic when we’re this close to the conference. Can I fix the issue with an upgrade? If I don’t upgrade can I fix it without re-registering everyone and deleting the original registration?
Hi, there should be a delete button that it next to the payment for the transaction but it sounds like you are saying that the delete button is not working as expected.
This was a back door registration where our Admin accidentally applied a comp ticket to the group. When I go to the transaction there is nothing to delete as the ticket price shows as $0.00 – we need the ticket price to reflect $150.00 for each individual. Is the only way to do this is delete them and register them again?
