When we first purchased and installed EE4, all we had was the IP address (10.52….) My IT department has finally set up the final domain name but now when I try to update EE, I get the message that it’s licensed only for one domain.
How can I change the registration from the original IP address to the new domain name?
I’ve reset your license key. Please remove your license key from the General Settings page of Event Espresso and save the form blank without a license key. Then re-enter your license key again which should enable the new domain and/or one-click upgrades. Let me know if I can do anything else for you.
