I maybe be missing something, but I am having difficulty pairing payments through 2CO when the name on the credit card does not match the name of the person entering the event.
Is there a code or ID number that I’m missing?
Ideally I’d like more info (e.g. athlete name as well) to be included on the email we get from 2CO confirming the payment – is it possible to change this? I seem to recall them saying this info comes from the EE side?
It turns out we send both the attendee ID (as ID) and the registration ID (as r_id) to 2Checkout as custom parameters.
I don’t see anywhere in their documentation that says that the custom parameter values from the EE checkout can be included in the email they send when the payment is completed. If you can send us a link to some documentation that shows how to customize the content of the 2Checkout emails we can take a look.
