When changing date of a group who registered, the bulk actions don’t allow us to move the whole group. How best to do this?

Hi,
Is your your question about using the attendee mover? The attendee mover can move one registration at a time. If you have a larger group that you need to move to another event or ticket, you could cancel the original and re-register them onto the new event.

Hmmm I didn’t try attendee mover yet…
Ok so cancelling and reregistering…that’s the only way? It seems like a lot of extra work?

If you didn’t try the attendee mover, how did you try changing the date of the group?
To answer your question, yes cancelling and re-registering is the only way to move group registrations in a single step. The attendee mover is the only way to ‘move’ registrations from one ticket to another, but its singular so if you have large groups you are best re-registering.

Oh my goodness, I just realized that I had attendee mover installed and that’s how I was able to do it haha.
