I changed domains from bluestarranch.com/bsr to bluestarranch.com. It states: “You have the correct Support License Key for Event Espresso but your account only allows for automatic upgrades on one domain. Please log in to your Event Espresso account to manage your Support License Keys or purchase a support license right now.”
It is technically the same domain, however the paypal image is still referencing the /bsr.
Help please.

Hi there,
So have you actually moved the site out of the sub-directory or are you just pointing the domain to the sub-directory now?
It doesn’t matter in terms of license (the license can only be used on a single site) but it will matter in terms of the payment method (PayPal Express?) as it will use the sub-directory in the image location, which I assume is what this refers to:

Does the image work or have the files now moved?
