Hi, I have changed the domain name for my site and I am now trying to update my EE. It is saying I need to manage my account. What do I need to do with EE to make the change? -Cindra |

Hi Cindra, You can request a support license key reset from your account page to get the domain reset. |

Ok. done. And how do I change the email address I am receiving your emails from? |

Hi Cindra, Go to your account page here: https://eventespresso.com/users/artnook/ Then click on the Edit my account link which appears in the top left under Manage My Account. You’ll then be able to change your contact information. Be sure to save changes afterwards. — |

I have tried that numerous times and I have hit “update” and then I go back to check if the change is made and it just says artnook in the box. Please help. |

Hi, I had a look at your account. Usernames can’t be changed since that is what your support license is linked to and that is how you login. The contact information and email can be changed. If changing your username is really important to you, then you’ll need to register a new account and then we’ll transfer over your support license. I do not want to change my username. But as I said above when I go to change the EMAIL it has my username in the field. I type the new email, then I save and come back to the screen and it still says artnook in the EMAIL field. I don’t really care what it says as long as you all have the right email on your end. |
