I have tried to show my event in Euro’s. Therefore I set the organisation land to Netherlands. But the event still showed in $ instead of €. Then I added a dutch province. But still showing $. Is there a way to fix this?

Here are my settings and event

Hi,

Could you check the countries tab (general settings) and ensure that the Netherlands is enabled and has the correct currency?

Thank you for your quick reply!
The settings from the Netherlands are ok.

A quickfix (in code or database) is also oke, since I need to put the website online by tomorrow

Thanks in advance!

Hi,

This is working for me:

Try re-saving your country settings for Netherlands and the your organization settings again.

Thanks, but I’ve tried it already several times. Unfortunately not working 🙁

Maybe this might help you.

THe weird thing when I try to just display all events by using [ESPRESSO_EVENTS] it will give this error

No configuration section has been provided while attempting to save “_Config”. EE_Config – _verify_config_params – 367

But when I use
[ESPRESSO_TICKET_SELECTOR event_id=”471″]

The ticket selector is showing nicely.

One other thing I’ve noticed is that in invoice settings (only payment I’ve activated) the settings are still on the USA instead of the Netherlands. One other thing I’ve tried to fix all of this is deactivate and reactivate your EE plugin.

Here you can see the invoicesettings are still on the USA

Hi,

The invoice address will need to be updated manually via the Payment Settings > Invoice area.

The main issue is quite strange as I also cannot replicate it, it works correctly with the core shortcode.

What version of EE4 are you using?
