Your support license key was reset. You can also make this request through your account page:

I wanted to change the web address linked to the license key. How do I do so? Thank you!

Hello,
Your support license key was reset and can now be used on a different site.
If you are using Event Espresso 3, please login to your WordPress admin and locate Event Espresso in the admin menu. Then click on General Settings. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and locate the area for Support License. Now copy the existing key. Then erase the existing key and click on Save Options. After the page refreshes, scroll back down to the Support License area and paste your support license key and click on Save Options.
If you are using Event Espresso 4, please login to your WordPress admin and locate Event Espresso in the admin menu. Then click on General Settings. Copy the existing key which appears at the top of the page. Then erase the existing key and click on Save on the right side of the screen. After the page refreshes, please paste your support license key and click on Save once more.
These steps will refresh your Support License Key for Event Espresso.
