After submitting “add to wait list”, the customer gets sent to the homepage. And the pop-up that says “you have been added to support page” doesn’t show up until the cusotmer goes back to the concert page. How can I change that so that after hittting “submit”, the customer stays on the concert page and thus gets to see the pup-up? Or at least some confirmation message. The customer DOES receive the email sucessfully, so that’s good.
Can you link me to the event so I can take a look at this?
The add-on should (and does on my test sites) redirect you back to the page you submitted the ticket selector on so I need to view the page source to see what is happening.
This is a test site on a subdomain. Nothing for sale at this point. Glad to hear how the add-on is supposed to work. Thqt sounds perfect. Look forward to getting it to work that way.
Ok, so I’ve seen this before and it was due to a server config issue.
Do you have FTP access? If so would you mind sending them over? I’d like to take a look at what happens on the request to see if we can apply a fix if that’s ok you can send the credentials over using this form:
Or if you prefer not to send credentials, I can send you a test version of the add-on to see if it fixes it but I’m only guessing as to what the issue might be there.
Oh thank you for your response. As I said, this is a subdomain and not the final desitnation of event espresso on the website. I think I will wait to see if the add-on works when on the main domain. If not, I will get back to you with the FTP credentials. Thanks!
