I have a single event. I have two tickets for the two different days that the event runs. I need to switch the ticket to the other on a current paid registration. I am not seeing this ability right off.
You can cancel the existing registration and then create a new one through Event Espresso –> Events. Then hover over the name of the event and click on Registrations.
On the next page, click on Add New Registration and then complete the registration. You may want to remove the option to send registration details (yellow box).
Then go to the transactions screen and add a payment for the full amount with a description of:
Event Admin – adjustment – switching ticket
Then you can send the new registration to the attendee/registration and apply the payment.
Currently you can not switch the tickets that a attendee has registered onto, so you would need to cancel the original registration and add a new registration with the same details using the other ticket.
