Change Ticket Type after registration

If someone erroneously chooses the wrong ticket type (but the two types cost the same) is there a way to change the registration after it is submitted, or do they need to cancel/refund/re-register?

Wordpress 4.0
EE4 w/Grid add-on

Hi Lucas,

You would need to create a new registration through Event Espresso –> Events. Then hover over your event name and click on Registrations.

On the next page click on Add New Registration which appears at the top of
the page.

Then you can cancel the existing registration or set it to not approved.

Thanks for letting me know the process.

Perhaps unrelated, I clicked “view/edit this contact” in the pre-existing registration to copy the information and got a “Cannot load espresso_registrations.” error. Any ideas? Is that a shortcode I should have somewhere?

Could you let us know what version you are running?

The latest is 4.4 and you can check through WordPress admin –> Plugins

That is correct. And yes, for all registrations.

This may be a conflict with another plugin.

Do you see the same thing when only Event Espresso is running?

If so, please try reinstalling your software through WordPress plugins.
