Hello,
Is it possible to change the display order of tickets on an event page? We have an event that has a very large number of different tickets and currently they are not displaying on the front-end in the same order as the back-end advanced editor.
If there was some information on the display order of tickets, that would be very helpful.

Hi there,
The ordering set within the admin, is just for the admin display, but you can set a custom order to be used by the front end using a custom order.
In the tickets section, click ‘Show Filters’, then click ‘Set custom tickets order’:

Clicking that will show a modal where you can set a custom order for your ticket:

Set the order by dragging and dropping the tickets. Then make sure you click submit to submit that custom order.
Refresh the front end and the tickets should not be in the order you set.

Unfortunately that didn’t work. There seems to be two issues.
> We have then ordered correctly in the admin dashboard, however they are not displaying in that order on the front-end. We have disabled caching plugins as well just to rule that out.
> Second issue with this. The event we are trying to order the tickets for has 32 tickets and all 32 show on the frontend, however the backend is only showing 24. So whatever is impacting the tickets showing correctly in the backend, my guess would be that is causing an impact on the ordering as well. because not all tickets are showing.

In the event editor, set your filters to show all tickets and UNlink the tickets from the datetimes (click on the link button).

Does it show all tickets and allow your to set the correct order then?
