EE4.4.5.p, WP 4.1
I want to change who receives certain emails from the Messenger function. I can see how to edit the content of messages and shortcodes for who, but I can’t find anything about changing who gets what email. Where do I go for that? (Please be specific…path or pictures.)

Hi, there are different message contexts for different recipients. In this example, we see multiple recipients for the registration approved message type:

A blue link means that recipient is enabled. Grey means that recipient is disabled since no shortcode is set in the TO field.
If you wanted to edit the recipient for the event admin, then you would click on the event admin link which would then take you to the messages editor:

The TO field shows the following shortcode:
[EVENT_AUTHOR_FORMATTED_EMAIL]
That shortcode will send notifications to the event admin or an event author. If you wanted to send it to a different email such as the organization email, then you could move the following shortcode into place and save changes via the messages editor:
[CO_FORMATTED_EMAIL]
