Is it possible to move the event description up so it is above the ticket selector?

Hi there,
Yes it is.
Go to Event Espresso -> Events -> Templates.
You’ll find a section for ‘Single Event Pages’, within there set ‘Use custom display order’ to Yes and the drag and drop section will be enabled.
Change the order you want the details to display there, save the setting and refresh the event page, does it display as expected?

Thanks, I did that and the description still appears under the ticket selector, even though I have it set to Event Description first, then Dates and Times, then Ticket Selector, then Venue Information.

If you temporarily switch to another theme does it do the same?
You can use the Theme Test Drive plugin to switch themes without affecting yor sites users.
