Hi guys, EE4 was set up on my site by a developer using their dev’ license. It’s all working fine including various extras / add-ons ๐ I have now purchased an “everything” license in biz name. What do I now need to do to activate the new license. hoping it wont nuke all past data or change any settings. |

Hi there, When you remove the developer’s key from your Event Espresso > General Settings page, it will not change any settings or alter any of your data. What it will do is send a ping to ee.com with the new key. Can you send us the account name of the developer’s account so we can reset their key? |

I entered the license number 2b6ae50d900b52a3ad056edf344e9252 in general settings, then in here I selected personal license. This produced a message as per below. The developer’s license used before was 1929dfbae1a31c3f0ba25b30f97e8487. I have re-entered that due to the problem encountered When I did this, I got this msg “Sorry but the slug given is not a valid slug” A quick check confirms EE seems to be working ok still MESSAGE EE4 Authorize.Net SIM Payment Gateway The following addons have been added to the order because you currently have access to it but it is not included with this plan: EE4 Promotions and Discount Codes |

EE will work with or without a license key. You can contact the sales team regarding any questions about the add-ons included with your plan/order. |

Josh, I purchased an “everything” license so everything should be available. This is to replace the developer’s license. What have I done wrong in this process? |

The part where you mentioned:
may be the issue. Please contact the sales team and they can help you get your account set up. |
