Our customers are receiving order confirmations that contain our old address. I can’t see to locate where to change this in EE4. Can you please advise?

That is usually set in the Event Espresso > General Settings > Your Organization tab of Event Espresso 4, unless you’ve added that information to the message templates manually.
Is is also possible for the address to be overrideen within the Invoice settings.
Event Espresso -> Payment Methods -> Invoice.
If it is no active, temporarily activate it whilst you work through this.
Within the invoice settings is a ‘Payee Address’ section, whatever is set there will override the default address used by Event Espresso (the one from general settings).
Empty that field and save to use the General Settings values, or change the value saved there.

Got it, I see it now. Yes, looks like we needed to override the “Payee Address” section which contained old data. I believe that fixed it.
