Our event offers sales of single tickets and also tables. So some of the options are bundles, to take the correct number away from the total. However, in the drop-down menu to choose an item, the total number of tickets show. Buyers look like they are being offered either 0 tickets or 10. The correct price shows, and on the checkout page it is correct, but I think this will really confuse people. I’d prefer if it just showed they were buying 1 item (a bundle of 10) in the drop-down. Hi Elaine, a bundle is a ticket with a minimum or maximum set so the value that is there can’t be changed.
Could you update the name of the ticket (pricing option) instead to clear up any confusion?
