The admin emails are sent to the Admin Email address listed under Event Espresso->General Settings. ‘Primary contact email’
That is the email address used for all events.
You can also change the email address used on a single event basis by adding the email address to the ‘Alternate Email Address’ field within the Sidebar of a single event.
