My WP is installed in German and my first install of event espresso was German, too. But for some reason I had to reinstall the plugin and after reinstalling it was Englisch.
The language directory /wp-content/plugins/event-espresso-core-reg/languages is almost empty. There is a index.php with the wise content “Silence is golden”.
How can I have the plugin in German again?

I exported the po file here: https://translate.eventespresso.com/projects/event-espresso-4/de/event-espresso-de_DE
Then I created the mo file with POEdit and uploaded it to the directory mentionened above. That workd. Although the translation is only 34% completed.
