I would like to change the invoice and receipt image I have change it in General Setting —> Upload New Logo and saved. The image shows on the general setting page. However, when I go to a transaction and view the receipt or invoice it shows the old logo. |

Hi there, The invoice payment method has an option to override the general settings image. Go to Event Espresso -> Payment methods -> Invoice. If it’s not enabled then temporarily enable it. In those settings you’ll find a ‘Logo Image’ field, the old image is likely set there. Empty the field and save, it should switch to the image set in general settings then. |

Hi Stewart, Ok, so this:
In English, is saying there is a problem with the query being used to pull details from the database and to break it down a little more:
Again, in English, pull OPT_DESC from the table So the problem with the query is it’s asking for values where the ID is nothing, meaning no value will exist, so it’s an error. However, we (EventEspresso) do not use a Are you actively using that plugin or is one you’ve used in the past? Note we don’t provide support for 3rd party add-ons so you’ll likely need to contact the author of that plugin (Aparna) to investigate this. |

Thank you, make great sense thanks for the explanation. I am using the add on price modifier and I will contact Aparna. Thanks again. |

You’re most welcome ๐ Just let me know if I can help. |
