Hi. Can you set it if someone has bought a ticket for my event, in the email I receive as the organizer, all personal information including address are listed?

Hi there,

Yes, it is.

Address fields are treated a little differently and need to be called directly.

Go to Event Espresso -> Registration Approved -> Edit Event Admin.

In the ‘ATTENDEE_LIST’ section, you can add the address shortcodes to that section, for example:

Address
[ADDRESS],
[ADDRESS2],
[CITY],
[ZIP_PC],
[ADDRESS_STATE],
[COUNTRY]

Like so – https://monosnap.com/file/fM8gBOHpxSRpI9psvJeK0ZlXR77Xwp

All of the other questions asked will already be included in the email by default.

Hi there,

unfortunately I can’t get any further. Do I have to go to the database? I can’t find the settings in WordPress under Event Espresso. Sorry. Unfortunately I don’t speak English and I always have to use the Google translator.

You do not go into the database to change this.

It looks like Tony’s instructions are missing a path, you’ll actually go to:

Event Espresso -> Messages -> Default Message Templates

then look for the Registration Approved row and click Edit Event Admin.

Thank you very much.
It works partially. I could not use the preset fields such as address and email and so on from Event espresso in the registration form. I checked everything, but only the first name, last name and email were requested on the registration page. I created a duplicate of the existing fields. These are also shown on the login page. I’m assuming that these are duplicates, do I have to insert anything else into Attendee List?

No actually what you need to do is check the checkbox next to Address Information in the event.

I did that. But the address is not queried.
Here is the link to the registration page:
https://feez-om-maat.de/index.php/kasse-2/?uts=1576872042#checkout

I can also set up an admin account for you and take a look at it.

I found it. Now everything works. One last question. Can Event Espresso send the registration message to another email address? Or two? Where do I have to change that?

There’s a cc field in the email message template, just after to To: field. You can add additional email address (or addresses if your mail server allows). A copy of the email will be sent to the email address you input there.

Thank you for the professional help. Is there a German language file for Event Espresso? I only see about 30% in German.

That sounds like the latest translation count, you can find all of our translations here:

https://translate.eventespresso.com/projects/event-espresso-4/

German shows 30% and that would be from our latest strings.

If you click on the language you’ll see an ‘Export’ link at the bottom of the list, clicking that will download the latest .PO file.
