Hi! I’ve gone round and round trying to find the answer to this question, please can you help? Admin notifications are going to the address that my Event Espresso registration is in. How can I change that, or have notifications go to another or more than one email address please? I’ve changed all the places in the EE settings that reference an admin email and changed the wordpres email, but still nothing. I installed an email log yesterday, so I can see the notification going to the subscription email address (which was also the original WordPress email) but I have no earthly idea how to change this. |

The url of the organisation organising the events is wantfa.com.au and the emails of the people working on the conference are eg. registration@wantfa.com.au. Should notifications be going to emails on the same url to avoid deliverability issues or is it okay for the eg. site admin and event admins to be name@wantfa.com.au? |

Email is finicky but for this, it mainly depends on how you are sending the emails. If your site is just set up to send the emails using your host’s mail server then you may run into deliverability issues, if you are using an SMTP plugin such as WP Mail SMTP to send your email through your mail provider it’ll be ‘better’ but you’ll need to make sure you use the |
