Hi,
I want to change my domain license “Event Espresso”. I used the tool “Request Reset” twice, but I still have the error message “Your carrier license key is only valid for one domain at a time” on my new WordPress. I followed the procedure sent by email. I also tried to disable all plugins, on the new and old domain, but nothing works.
What can I do ?

If the key was still activated on the old domain when the reset happened, that would cause the error to happen. If you continue to see an message about the license key being valid for one domain at a time, you can remove the key from the old domain by changing the field to be blank, then save. Then you can request another key reset.
