Im just setting up EE for the first time.

Im using a page builder WordPress theme (Divi). Is there a way to change the default event listing page? I cant find a shortcode to create an event listing – is there one?
Same for individual event page.
Any advice or direction to a tutorial appreciated.
Thanks

Is there a way to change the default event listing page?

Yes, you can go to Event Espresso > Events > Templates. There you’ll change what’s set for the Event Slug option.

Thanks Josh, but that doesn’t seem to allow me to place anything else on the chosen page.

Im trying to create a page with my page builder, and pull the events listing into it – but there doesn’t seem to be a shortcode for this…?

Hi there,

For what it’s worth, Event Espresso shortocodes may not work within a page builder. If you’re using Beaver Builder, there’s an integration you can use:
https://github.com/eventespresso/eea-beaver-builder#event-espresso-beaver-builder-add-on

If you’re using another page builder, here’s information about shortcode that you can use to display a list of events on a page:
