change date format in a registration question in the backend

one of my questions in the registrations form is “Birthday”.

in the frontend the date is with the format “05/16/2017”, this is ok for me.

when the registration is updated or created in the backend the format is “May 16, 2017” this is not ok for me.

how can I change this format in the backend to match with the frontend format?

Hi there,

That’s set in WordPress > Settings > General > Date Format. You want
m/d/Y there.
