We are using Event Espresso to sell tickets to theatre performances. One customer has booked a ticket for a performance (event) and would like to change their booking to a different performance. Should we manually add them to the new event and manually delete from the old or is there a better way of doing this?
Currently the only other way to do this would be using the Attendee Reassignment Add-on available through the pre-release channel
Please be aware it is currently in Beta and as such may have a few bugs yet to be worked out.
Moving forward with v4.X moving attendees should be much easier.
