An attendee registers for several tickets in several transactions:
TXN 1 one (1) ticket same info
TXN 1 one (1) ticket same info
TXN 1 one (1) ticket same info
TXN 1 two (2) tickets same info
TXN 1 one (1) ticket same info
The registrant now wants to change the info for each ticket.
When I change the information (effectively one primary registrant of the different transaction), the change takes effect on all with the same primary registrant.
Is there a way to resolve this short of creating a new transaction with the correct entries?
The case in the link is for 1 TXN several registrants. Can you only create new attndee information for attendees with exactly the same attendee information AND the registration is not approved?
I can see that the registration for the contact lists all the transacations associated with it. The desired outcome is to assign these to new registrants.
In this case the only way to change the information is you cancel all of the registrations then add new registrations to those events. If it was a case where all of the registrations were in one transaction, you could have followed these steps:
You’ll skip the (1 / x) registration and go to edit the (2 / x) registration. There will be a Contact Details box with a Create Contact button. You click on the Create Contact button and update the information into the form there. Then you click the Update button and repeat for the other registrations.
