I used to be able to change the amount due for a registrant – for instance deciding to give a scholarship or they registered incorrectly with the wrong ticket. I don’t see a way to do this in EE4. Could you help me out?

Hi,
You would need to create a new registration through Event Espresso –> Events. Then hover over your event name and click on Registrations.
On the next page click on Add New Registration which appears at the top of the page.
Then you can cancel the existing registration.

Is there a way to create a “scholarship” price option ($0.00) that is not publicly available on the registration form? I need to be able to get people in for $0.00 on the administrative end.

Hi,
Duplicate the event and then set it to private via the event editor so it doesn’t appear on the front end. Then create the new pricing option and save changes.
