I would like to include the category in the event-registration listing. How can I do that?

Hi Russ,
In what way would you like to include the category?
We have multiple templates available for the Custom Template Add-on which can be used to filter events based on Categories but they would look different from the current Event_list output so depends on how you would like this displayed.

I was able to accomplish this by adding the display category shortcode referenced in the forums here.

Hi Russ,
I was thinking of the event list rather than the Registration page as the event-registration page is used for both.
I’m glad you found a solution, for future readers this appears to be done using the [CATEGORY_NAME event_id=X] shortcode within the event description.
