My calendar has stopped working. The calendar is there but there is not one event listed. When I go to the individual event listing, I can not select the post category options. I get this error code My back up is to have the events listed by date in the CLASSES pages. They do not list in this order? How do I create this? WordPress database error: [Can’t create/write to file ‘/mysql-tmp/moo11/#sql_637f_0.MYI’ (Errcode: 13)] |

I have no idea what this is or how to paste code, or more specifically WHERE. I purchases Event Espresso because I do not know how to code. How do I get SUPPORT for an average paying customer? I just purchased the premium support because I can not understand how to fix things with code. Could someone please call me and walk me through it. I do not want to mess with my code because I will have NO IDEA how to fix it or what I did. |

How is the Calendar generated? I just assumed that the calendar pulls the information from the ‘EVENT CATEGORY’, which is specified in the EVENT OVERVIEW for that particular event. From what I can tell, the only thing that is different from when my calendar was working to not working is the fact that there is no category options. Before I could specify each post as ‘Events’ or as ‘Uncategorized’. NOw, none of those options come up. When I do change them around, I get an error code <code>Add/Update post for this event? If no, delete current post? Hi, The calendar is generated by a MySQL database query. It grabs the event data according to the shortcode parameters and pass it to the javascript to output on the page. It’s hard to say what is happening, we could do with those login details, but I have some concerns as the main Event Registration page (yoursite.com/event-registration) seems active yet is advising there are no events to show. Since you mentioned the Posts, it may be that the posts have been created via the events, and therefore are still there, but the events have been deleted/expired/something which is why they are not in the list or the calendar. The calendar shows events, not posts, so we need to check why the events aren’t displaying. The error you mention, could be permission based – basically each file on your host can be written to or read from, but these can be modified, so it is possible they are set to read only, thus the “can’t create/write to file” error. We are more than happy to take a closer look at this, we just need the login details as per Garths email. |

I emailed you my login. Your online system does not work. I did try to submit this information a number of times on your site after purchasing the tokens, creating a ticket and going to the page where you submit this information. After entering all my data, there was never a I can not say I understand how the calendar works, even with your description below. Events should be active and showing up on the calendar so clients can register for classes. Erin |
Hi Erin, I would love to help you get this sorted out. Can you try sending those credentials again? I’ve looked through the support staff’s email account and can not find an email that has log in credentials for your website. You can send the credentials via any one of the following ways: 1) email them to support @ eventespresso.com 2) via the form on this page: 3) via the link on your account page where it says: https://eventespresso.com/redeem-a-support-token/ Please send WordPress admin level log in credentials and FTP log in credentials and we’ll get right on this. |
