I have a problem with how a total was computed in the shopping cart. I was helping a customer check out. She had signed both daughters up for classes. We did not apply any promo codes, but somehow it tried to add a -30 discount, so then the – -30 became a positive and increased her total by $30. I don’t understand what happened. I’d love to be able to send along a screen shot. Thanks!
It looks like we used “all promo codes” on some events an “global and specific codes” on others. I’ve switched it to “global and specific”. To my knowledge this hasn’t happened with any of the other hundreds of customers. The following classes were registered for:
Aerial Arts: Aerial Dance for K-2
Levey Day Early Release AfterCare, (September 24, 12:30-3:30)
Levey Day Early Release AfterCare, (October 30, 12:30-3:30)
Levey Day Early Release AfterCare, (November 11, 12:30-3:30)
Levey Day Early Release AfterCare, (November 20, 12:30-3:30)
Does that discount amount match an active promotion?
I’m wondering if a few events were initially added and then removed or were you registering several attendees one after another?
