With the types of customers my client deals with, there is usually one particular person in each company is that is responsible for registering all the others for courses. This person does not attend any of the courses but we do want to capture their info anyway. Is there a way to add additional fields in the registration process to capture this person’s info but not to include them as course registrants?

Hi there,
Yes, you can do this with a custom question group assigned to the primary registrant so the details are only asked once.
Go to Event Espresso -> Registration Form -> Questions.
Create your custom questions for the Administrator Contact that you need.
Then go to Event Espresso -> Registration Form -> Question Groups.
Create a new question group (for example call Administrator Contact Info) and then assign the above questions to that group.
Now edit the event and set the Administrator Contact Info group on the Primary Registrant questions, it’s the top section shown in this screenshot:

Now when you add a registration it will ask for the Registrant info, and those custom questions you assigned to the group, is that what you are looking for?
