Our registrants were unable to register more then 1 racer at a time, but multiple payments were accepted. We then had to contact all the multiples to receive a complete registration from for each participant. Another issue was two registrants were assigned female, rather then male… possibly because they were trying to register their partners…? Can’t multiple people register and pay at one time? If not we will need to change software… ;(

Hi,
Yes they can. You may need to adjust your event’s registration settings. For example if you want to capture information for each racer, you’ll follow this guide:
