Can't use question groups after personal support license for EE4 activation

Hello,

why I’m still seeing this message even when I bought support licence for EE4 and activated it in plugin settings? “Question Groups is a feature that is only available in the premium version of Event Espresso 4 which is available with a support license purchase on EventEspresso.com. With the Question Groups feature you are able to create new question groups, edit existing question groups, and create and edit new questions and add them to question groups.”

Thank you for your reply, I need to use this feature asap.

In my account details i have information that my license key is active, in plugin settings i have green key icon

Hi there,

I’m glad you found the solution, I’ll just add a note for future readers regarding this.

The above happened because the site was using EE4 Decaf and a license key entered into that version. Adding a key does not ‘unlock’ features within Decaf, it allows the site to download the ‘regular’ version of EE which has all of the features included, that is why updating the plugin worked in this case.
