Can't upgrade plugins

I get a message on my site saying:

“You have the correct Site License Key for Event Espresso but your current membership access only allows for automatic upgrades on one domain. Please log into your account to manage your Site License Keys or purchase a support license now.”

I am only using Event Espresso on one domain and I have the appropriate membership. What’s the deal?

Hi Andy,

I’ve reset your license key. Please remove your license key from the General Settings page of Event Espresso and save the form blank without a license key. Then re-enter your license key again which should enable the new domain and/or one-click upgrades.
