Can't Upgrade from Decaf

Hello,

I purchased the EE4 Personal License Key as well as some add-ons. The only support license keys that I see ends in c1dfd. Does the Personal License not give me the full version of EE?

Hi there,

The Personal License does give you the full version of Event Espresso 4. May I ask have you input your Support License Key into the field located on your site’s Event Espresso > General Settings page yet?

The Support License Key that I see is the one that ends in c1dfd. That is the one entered into the field. I cannot locate the updated key.

What do you mean by updated key? The license key will remain the same but the products linked to the license change on our system.

I’ve reset your license key anyway to confirm it is linked correctly, on the site go to Event Espresso -> General Settings.

Remove the key (cut it from the field) and save the settings.

Then replace the key again (same key, you can paste it back in or recopy it from your account page) and save again.

That will make sure your license key is linked to your site correctly and should allow you to update.
