Can't Update the Plugin

My license should be valid through October 15 and I have confirmed my key, but I am getting an error that my plugin won’t update. It says this at the top of the screen:

An automatic update for Event Espresso – Promotions (EE 4.9.10+) is available but your Support License Key is invalid. Either you have entered the wrong key on the Event Espresso General Settings page (EE3+ users) or Your Organization Settings page (EE4+ users) OR you no longer have access to the updates for this plugin. Please log in to your Event Espresso account to manage your Support License Keys or purchase a support license right now.

Hi Don,

I checked your account and I can see that your support licenses for the Braintree add-on and EE4 core are up to date, but I’m not seeing a license for the Promotions add-on. That would explain the message you saw. Can you contact the sales team about the missing promotions add-on? They’ll be able to help you get that added back to your account.
