Can't update payment manualy

Hello,

After the update to the last version, i went to an event and tried to update a payment but nothing happens. It marks the price camp with a red border but does not assume the changes.

Also after the update some of the translations that where related to group payments, when you try to add more attendes lost the the translations. All the files are in the upload directory and i have seen the translation and export again the po and mo files but it is still in English.

Can you help me with this please.

Beneath the red boxes, you should see a field marked: “Enter New Payment Amount:”. That is where you want to enter the updated payment amount. You’ll also need to enter a transaction type.

Does it give you any error message after you hit update? Or do you see a message “All attendee payment details have been successfully updated.”?

Can you send us login credentials by filling out the form here. We will probably need ftp as well as wp-admin credentials, and the name of the attendee you are trying to update.

The event as ID 13 and the attende is Maria José esteves

I’m able to enter a payment for her, and it updates the amount paid. I just put in .01 and it updated her to having overpaid by .01
I’m seeing a different problem, in that it is not updating the payment status icon.

Hi Sidney,

Yes when you try to update and tell that the payment is copmplet it does not update that.

Ok, I’ve found the problem and submitted a patch for the next version of EE. I’ll fix your copy manually over ftp.

Hello,

I have the same problem. Could you please help me? The problem also extends to Ipad QR code scann, where it says “Declined” for the attendee that has not beed checked yet.
