can't update EE4 plug in

I have tried to update my EE espresso plug in and these are the two messages I get.

Your support license key is only valid for one domain at a time, and our licensing system has detected that you are using your license key on multiple domains. Please log in to your Event Espresso account to manage your Support License Keys, or if you have concerns, please Contact Us.

You have the correct Support License Key for Event Espresso but your account only allows for automatic upgrades on one domain. Please log in to your Event Espresso account to manage your Support License Keys or purchase a support license right now.

Hi there,

I checked into this and it turns out that your account key is being used on two different domains, one of them is a wpengine.com domain, and one other domain. You’ll be able to update after you remove the key from one of the sites, then you can request a key reset from your account page. When you remove the key from one of the sites, you’ll go to Event Espresso > General Settings, then blank out the license key field and save.
