Can't submit form anymore

HI,

After migration to EE4.6.1, I can’t submit registration forms anymore, I’m seeing the following popup error:

An error has occurred:
Unable to save registration form data for the form input: “33” with the submitted value: “blah blah”
EE_SPCO_Reg_Step_Attendee_Information – _process_registration 705
———————————–

WP 4.1, EE 4.6.1, Mailchimp integration 2.1.1

Any suggestion?

Hi there,

The solution is update to Event Espresso 4.6.2, which is available now.

Same happens once upgraded to 4.6.2.

First submission gives this message:
When first submitting the form

Then if I resubmit, I get validation failure for all fields:
After resubmitting data

Hi,

Can you provide a link to your form? Also are you suing any cache plugin or server caching?

I have no WP cache plugin enabled, have emptied my browser cache before the test.

Hi Ben, this may be caused by a plugin conflict. Could you re-test with only Event Espresso 4 running and let us know if the issues continues?

Deactivated all plugins one by one – no luck. Also tried with stock Twenty Eleven theme.

Any other suggestion?

Hi Ben,

Can you try removing the Ligne fixe question from one of the question groups that make up this registration form? I think that’s messing up the form validation because it’s causing multiple input ID’s on the same page.

That’s absolutely true, it is duplicate! How could it work before…

It now works perfect, I went in all groups and ironed out duplicates and it goes through. I’ll be testing some more, but so far so good.
