We have copied our WordPress from one location to another, but are temporarily keeping both copies active while we update numerous feeds and links. I was going to request a support key reset so I can add the key to the new location, but the advice seems to be to delete the key from the old location first. However, there doesn’t seem to be an “update” button or similar on the wp-admin/admin.php?page=espresso_general_settings screen, and when I clear the key field and navigate away, it doesn’t save the change. Am I missing something?
Hi, I understand what you are trying to do now. I can go ahead and release the support license key. I just wanted to make sure that something wasn’t broken on the site as there should be a save button so you can save changes.
Did you want to have the support license key released?
