Can't see answers to registration questions, even for individual registrants

Hi. I can’t see answers to my registration questions on my CSV report or when I go into an individual registration. It shows a place for answers to custom questions, but my questions are the same for every event. How can I see the answers? Need to collect this data.

Can you post a link to the event that’s not capturing the answers to the questions, so we can take a look?
