Here’s our version information: we’re using Event Espresso 4.9.64.p with WordPress 5.2.2.
I’ve been entering in EE event and ticket information for our client in the back-end, saving every often, but it seems any additional event tickets I enter in aren’t saved. In fact some of the event’s settings, like venue details and e-mail message template to use, don’t remember what I set them to after I save the event.
It seems I can’t make this initial message private, so I’ll post a reply to myself which (I hope) can be set to private.
With that many datetimes and tickets being set up on one page, your web server is exceeding is max_input_vars limits. What you can do is contact your web host and ask them if they can raise that limit.
Also, please consider updating to the current version of Event Espresso 4. Event Espresso version 4.9.64 is no longer supported.
I don’t know what it’s set to right now, so you’d maybe want to double it? For example, if it’s set to 1000, you could ask them to move the limit to 2000.
If you anticipate having many more tickets and datetimes within an event, you may need to think about breaking some of the datetimes out into their own events.
