Hello, I’m trying to renew my license on a site that is already using Event Espresso 3.1.35.2.P along with Event Espresso 2.0.6.3 and I’m having trouble doing it. When I click View My Support License and click Renew, I’m not clear on what I need to be doing. Do I just add them to the cart as if I’m buying as a new customer? When I do, it shows the checkout button and I say I will pay with Paypal and it then shows a screen that says “With your previous package you had 2 support license keys included.This package only includes 1 support license.The additional support license key has been added to the package total.(+89.95) If you would rather not include the additional support license key and just keep what’s included with the package then you will have to Contact Support to work out which key you want removed from your profile.” and a “Cusomize:” section that is blank.
