I’m trying to buy the Wait List add on but can’t seem to get the process to work.
1. I click the Wait List Manager box from the add on page.
2. I click the buy now button.
3. I click the box for a 30% discount for annual auto renewal.
4. The “complete order” button is gray and clicking it doesn’t get a response.
The account owner is Christine Ranck. I am her webmaster and it is my email address on the account (vallikeller@gmail.com).
Can you help me accomplish this? We have an event running that is getting overloaded and we need to get this add on up and running ASAP.
