Hi, we’ve just had a customer point our that they’re unable to purchase a combination of 1 adult and 1 child ticket for the Wednesday morning show for this event: https://giantdwarf.com.au/events/ghost-jam/

I’ve tried a few other combos and the same thing applies, only one ticket seems to show up on the order form after you’ve made your ticket selection and click ‘buy now’.

Sorry to double post, but I’ve just noticed the other ticket selections are there, but they’re appearing below the question form on the second booking step?

I don’t remember this happening before, was this a recent change in the way EE functions? If there’s a way to have them all appear at the top of the page it’d be good to have that.

Hi there,

The order in which the tickets display on the attendee information step hasn’t changed.

The tickets are broken down individually to show which ticket the registrant details are for, as you only request details for the primary registrants the additional tickets show up after that.

Currently, you can’t combine all of the ticket details at the top but you can use CSS to hide the ticket details on that step:

#spco-attendee_information-dv .spco-ticket-info-dv {
    display: none;
}

That then looks like this – http://take.ms/nRGLO
(that’s from a selection of 1 adult ticket 1 child)

Note that the above only works if you don’t request information for additional registrants on your events.

Okay, thanks very much for that Tony. Unfortunately we’re not able to hide the pricing on that step due to our country’s laws on booking charges, but it’s good to know this isn’t a new thing or a bug.

You’re most welcome.

Note the above change only hides the tickets on the attendee information step.

The ticket selector shows the price and when you enter the attendee details you should see a full breakdown of the price on the payment options step so it’s only hiding the ticket/price details on the step they add their details, the price is always displayed before and after that step.

We do have a ticket to improve that output when there is only a single set registrant information to be input in a future version of Event Espresso and I’ll add this thread to that ticket. (Note its unlikely to change relatively soon as we are working on other areas currently)
