A new version of Event Espresso is available. View What’s New with version 4.4.0.p. A valid Support License Key is needed to enable automatic upgrades. Your current account does not allow automatic upgrades on more than one domain. Please log in to your Event Espresso account to manage your Support License Keys or purchase a support license right now.
I do not have Event Espresso installed on more than one domain. We went live on the .com domain two weeks ago. I requested a re-set to the live domain and its been reset. However, I still cannot upgrade Event Espresso due to the message above.
Please login to your WordPress admin and locate Event Espresso in the admin menu. Then click on General Settings. Now copy the new support license key from your account page. Then erase the existing key and click on Save on the right side of the screen. After the page refreshes, please paste your new support license key and click on Save once more.
These steps will refresh your Support License Key for Event Espresso and allow you to update.
