Can't get updates though my Support Token is valid

I’m getting the message: “A new version of Event Espresso is available. View What’s New with version 3.1.36.6.P. A valid Support License Key is needed to enable automatic upgrades. Your current account does not allow automatic upgrades on more than one domain. Please log in to your Event Espresso account to manage your Support License Keys or purchase a support license right now.”

I do not have Event Espresso installed on more than one domain. We went live on the .com domain months ago…things were fine then…in my dashboard the correct domain is entered, yet I still cannot upgrade Event Espresso due to the message above.

What do I need to do to get automatic updates?

Hi, your support license key has been reset. Please follow the steps in the confirmation email to reactivate your support license key.
