Hi all, I have created events/ticket sales in EE in the past, but when i duplicate the event from 2019, I can not get it to A) delete the old ticket slots, and B) include the price on the tickets. |
Do you know what version of EE you’re using last 2019? Also, what is your current version? Im trying to reproduce it, but i was able to duplicate everything, but i guess it is because im duplicating a new event. Can you also shoot video for us, we might be able to see something in the video. You can use loom to do it. thanks |

You can upgrade your version to 5.0.8 and that has Duplicate feature. You can download the plugin and install it on your site. For your site that is not updating, Can you confirm if you have cache plugin installed or if your server using cache in all of your site pages? thanks. |

i upgraded to 5.0.8, deleted that original attempt, and tried duplicating again. |

Hi there, Ok.. so, I can’t reproduce this issue with the legacy editor, it’s working fine on my sites so we’ll need to investigate this further. You should NOT be able to create tickets that have no price attached to them at all, even a free ticket has a ‘price’ of 0.00 attached to it, looking at your video, you don’t have a price attached at all and that’s not expected. Can I take a look over the event in the admin? I’d like to review your tickets and your pricing admin to see what is going on here. If that’s ok, please send temp login details using this form: https://eventespresso.com/send-login-details/ Please note, right now, I can’t promise you a fix here as what I can see on the video is unexpected and I have no idea whats going on yet but I’m more than happy to investigate. If you have FTP credentials for the server, add them to the form and I can add some debug code to the site which will help narrow this down faster, if not, I’ll do what I can through the admin. |

Unfortunately, the credentials don’t work. If you create an account and use the email support[at]eventespresso.com we can request a password reset and log in that way if that’s easier? |

We (EventEspresso) have never had a Give integration so unless you’ve have some custom work done to ingrate the 2 it’s not something within Event Espresso itself. Did you previously include a link within the invoice description? |

Right now, the only payment method enabled within Event Espresso is just Invoice, so ALL of your events will only show that payment method. Do you use another payment merchant, for example, PayPal or Stripe? |

Looking through some of your previous emails to users, it looks like you use Auth.net AIM, does that sound familiar? |

Right, ok, so you used Auth.net. Auth.net has deprecated the AIM payment method so the latest version is Auth.net Accept which would be this payment method: |

Nothing on EE.com is connected to your site, so nothing you do here will do anything at all to your site 🙂 But, I just checked your account and you don’t have access to that add-on so would need to purchase it to be able to use it. Let me check into something a second. |
